Get ready for the biggest Big Bang Boom in the history of Norfolk! 2026 marks the 250th birthday of the United States, and is also the 50th anniversary of the Big Bang Boom celebration. In honor of these two milestones, we will be bringing you the biggest, loudest, and hotest fireworks show that Norfolk has ever seen! In addition to that, we have two nights of musical entertainment that you won’t want to miss!

This years musical guests on Friday night will be BOUNDLESS opening up for CLASSIC JOURNEY
Saturday night, TOBY MAY will be opening for country music star SAMMY KERSHAW!!
The preshow and introductions begin at 9:45 p.m. Saturday night followed by the main fireworks show.

Behind The Boom
The 2021 Big Bang Boom show was the subject of a documentary movie titled “Behind The Boom”. This film was entered in to numerous film festivals, including the Iowa Independent Film Festival, South Dakota Independent Film Festival, Tallahassee Film Festival, Big Sky Film Festival, and Omaha Film Festival. This movie gives a behind the scenes look at everything that goes on over the course of a year to make Big Bang Boom a spectacular event! Check it out below.
